  1. I never seen any modern phone that fit in RADIO / COMPASS pouch there is no way your getting that in there! I make them fit the VISAR... Best bet is putting phone in chest pocket... The Radio went in there for SGA anyway! Since I have no idea what your "S.H.I.E.L.D. AGENT" tactical ID patch looks like you need to send it with the vest, but again your adding things to the vest that would not be there but thats up to you! SHIELD vest were all mollee anyway so not sure what your saying... Sounds like you need HUSKY if its that snug but how tall are you?
  2. Video details can also be seen here! These have been used for REAL PS-90s and will hold up to the weight and real world use as well...
  3. Do you want the basic shoulder mods and radio pocket mod? I still need to see whats going on with your old one!
  4. Standard Crossdraw... I have HUSKY one if you need me swap it? If you want any mods done then I need to charge you some labor... What I was saying is pics of you IN it so I can see what mods you would need though you had MEDIC VEST! LOL
  5. I would always try to use friction clips and proper sized tri-glides though, webbing will not shift on you as much! What I have to do to get you to burn that EARTH patch? LOL😎
  6. If you willing post pics or send them to me over FB privately I can see what you need, I have to wear a BH HUSKY because I have 52" chest so those are option for SGA, and I have few I can convert as well from Crossdraws, the problem is I have NEVER in 14 years seen MEDIC "8" in a HUSKY be my Holy Grail vest, but I have made them bigger. I can do a conversion and add HUSKY back panel it just have skip a grommet on the back since they have 7 instead of 6. I also can just add in material at the shoulders that normally does the trick what I had to do for mine and you most often can not even notice it unless your looking... So yes vest mod is an option if you want me to do it, I need to see some pics to see what would be the best course of action for you! I can make vest fit 5'1 98lb Asian girl or guy that is 6'5 280lbs so far even did SG-1 medic for 11yr old boy once 3 weeks before xmas! LOL
  7. Strange cuff seam on that blouse... Very narrow! These would be super old though! They just hemmed it instead of an actual cuff being attached like I always had...
  8. Normally has to involve getting access to restricted area OR deals with getting money or perks of some kind... You avoid those two it shouldn't ever be an issue! Someone asks... its just a costume and carry on!
  9. Yes Landry even wore on up at the cabin in the woods. They were used few times! I still have mine from my military police days. They are warm!
  10. These are such pain in butt... I have Col Telfords, if you can get past shoulder pads and the cut the uniform they are cool looking... Finally after 7 years got me my LT Scott watch! I just went with BDU conversion... Gets the job done too! LOL
  11. What you want to know Dan, they all are pretty much the same NOMEX / ARIMID cloth that will not support combustion but will char at 700-800*F, but you have SAGE and FREEDOM GREEN now to deal with color wise. Then we get to talk about the train wreck of the CWU-27 being replaced with the EAFFS/MEAFFS in 1999 until about 2002... Only Caldwell wore the MEAFFS, I hate them, but they are screen accurate for SGA costuming. The Navy NA 13-1-6.7-2 covers all basic description as the following: https://www.public.navy.mil/airfor/srss/Documents/PUBS/13-1-6-7-2 (APR 07).pdf 3-5. GENERAL.3-6. Four types of Flyer’s Summer Coveralls presently authorized for use are CWU-27/P (Sage Green or Khaki), CWU-73/P, Enhanced Air Force Flight Suit (EAFFS), and Modified Enhanced Air Force Flight Suit (MEAFFS) (see Figure 3-1). These coveralls are designed to be worn as an outer garment in warm temperature zones and to provide protection in the event wearer is exposed to hazard of fire. 3-7. CONFIGURATION.3-8. The coveralls are one-piece, unlined garments fabricated from aramid cloth, which is a high temperature resistant, and inherently flame-retardant synthetic fabric which has no hot-melt point or drip characteristics. The lightweight fabric will not support combustion but will begin to char at 700_to 800_F.The fabric has abrasion resistance similar to nylon, and like nylon, aramid is nonabsorbent. Because of this characteristic, for optimum comfort, cotton underwear should be worn under the coveralls.3-9. Coveralls are supplied in sizes 32 Short to 52Long. Sizes and dimensions are listed in Table 3-1.3-10. See Table 3-2 for configurations of authorized summer coveralls and their av I hate the knock offs... they look NOTHING like the real deal... Once you wear the real deal you just can never have anything else!
