SGC-Offworld Starship Personnel Flight Suit Uniform (as seen on Stargate SG-1):

Sage Green with ~4" SGC Patch (Wearer's right), ~3.5" Tauri Glyph/Project Patch or ~3.5" Pegasus Patch (Wearer's left) depending on if the ship is based in the Milky Way Galaxy or the Pegasus Galaxy, Cloth or Leather Name Patch with "wings" (Wearer's left chest) and Unit "Command" Patch which was various ship patches (Wearer's right chest), for Earth-based F-302 Pilots they wore the ~4" F-302 Patch in lieu of the Unit "Command" Patch, also for ship based fighter pilots they had "squadron" patch (Wearer's right sleeve below SGC patch). Cloth rank patches were worn on the shoulders in matching fabric to the flight suit they wore.

There was a variant for the Earth-Based F-302 Fighter Pilot, which was a Navy Blue Flight Suit with ~4" SGC Patch (Wearer's right), ~3.5" Tauri Glyph/Project Patch (Wearer's left) depending , Cloth Name Patch with wings" (Wearer's left chest) and ~4" F-302 Patch in lieu of the Unit "Command" Patch, also for ship based fighter pilots they had "squadron" patch (Wearer's right sleeve below SGC patch). Cloth rank patches were worn on the shoulders in matching fabric to the flight suit they wore.

There was a variant for the USS Prometheus Crew, which was a Navy Blue Flight Suits with ~4" SGC Patch (Wearer's right), ~3.5" Tauri Glyph Patch (Wearer's left), Cloth Name Patch with "wings" (Wearer's left chest), and Unit "Command" Patch which was various ship patches (Wearer's right chest), Cloth rank patches were worn on the shoulders in matching fabric to the flight suit they wore.

There was a variant for Mid-Way Station Personnel, they wore the Sage Green Flight Suit with ~4" SGC Patch (Wearer's right), ~3.5" Tauri Glyph Patch or (Wearer's left), Leather Name Patch with "wings" (Wearer's left chest), and the Mid-Way Station Patch(Wearer's right chest), Cloth rank patches were worn by Military Officer on the shoulders in matching fabric to the flight suit they wore, otherwise no rank was worn there.

There was a variant for Civilian Scientist, they wore Navy Blue Flight Suits with ~4" SGC Patch (Wearer's right), ~3.5" Tauri Glyph Patch or ~3.5" Pegasus Glyph Patch (Wearer's left) depending on if the ship is based in the Milky Way Galaxy or the Pegasus Galaxy, Leather Name Patch with "wings" (Wearer's left chest), and Unit "Command" Patch which was various ship patches (Wearer's right chest).
