    Lou Diamond Philips N David J at Dragon Con 2018 P-9DN-FHJ-CZ1
    Met Lou Diamond Phillips of SG-U fame ("Col. Telford") at Dragon Con 2018 . Great meeting him! Great Panels... he was on a panel with "Col. Caldwell" played by Mitch Pileggi. Both were great and pointed out that today's instant reality TV stars just don't have the training they had, and can tackle difficult roles!

    Until it is fixed (I used the address of where I had my picture taken of Lou Diamond Phillips above at Dragon Con 2018) , The Shore Leave convention is actually at the Hunt Valley Inn, located at (by the way Lou will not be at Shore Leave 41) : 245 Shawan Rd., Hunt Valley, MD 21031 The hotel is back in Marriott hands, and they have named it something like: Delta Hotels Baltimore Hunt Valley (although it is outside the Baltimore beltway, I-695, off I-83 and not in Baltimore at all) there are plenty of pictures of Horses heads throughout the hotel, and in the guest rooms look down on you ( a bit creepy), kind of like the Godfather movies? 😉

    At this year's Shore Leave Convention in Hunt Valley, Maryland, we have two wonderful Stargate Guests, "Dr. Daniel Jackson" and "Dr. Lamb": Michael Shanks and Lexa Doig ! See more details at: www.shore-leave.com This convention has been going on for 40 years and because of that, I have heard the convention hotel is now sold out, as several of the surrounding hotels. Patience , often people cancel their reservations closer to the event. Or be prepared to stay at a hotel 5 miles or more away. Here is a list of guests announced so far: https://www.shore-leave.com/guests/ I can't wait to see and Meet Michael Shanks and his wife! I thought I was going to have to travel to that Stargate Con in Chicago (or go up to Vancouver, B.C.). Michael is the last cast member I have yet to meet from the original SG-1 Team! This will be the 41st Shore Leave! Please join us!
