I still have my tan flight suit I wore in the war, but even if was O.D. Green I was not going to turn it into an SG one.

The same as Caldwell's. I thought about a 302 pilot but the patch color for Daedalus looks good on the O.D. Green

Finally got myself a military issue O.D. Green flightsuit. I tried to source it through my Air Force buddies but they were phasing them out in place of a 2 piece. So to get a size that fits my shoulders It is baggy and long in the legs so I said to myself, "Self,you know they tailored those that were worn on the show." I took in the inseam and it fits and looks better THEN I referenced pics of Mitch Pillegi and BAM if he wasn't missing the bottom zipper and inside knife pouch, then I referenced one of him walking and I think I saw the zipper more towards the inseam, just like mine after I tapered.

What about making a whole replicator?

Well, I have yet to run into I.D. Card police at these cons. If I did I think we would have a discussion about agendas, but I remember once asking Kinkos to make me a color copy of my Stargate file cover and they said they could not because it had U.S. Air Force on it. My Stargate I.D. card say's NOTHING with U.S. government or Air Force on it.

I was reading through my USCM Tech Manual and read about their armor, specifically the M40 Ridgeway and M22 Jackson tanks so I went with a Colonial Marine tanker for my original "Pearly" idea.

I know it is a Garry Owen patch but the design is not like anything out there.

Acquired a nice Army issue taker suit and I thought ,"Pearly!!!! 7th CAV". Anybody know where I can find a nice Garry Owen type patch? Something close to the show and not the blue/black background I find on Ebay.

Agreed, I have lived in Europe and found that Europeans, to include our British cousins, stick with what they like and hold it in honor. Here in America? Well... Are attention span is about as high as most I.Q.s with today's hot stuff being so easily forgotten in our disposable society.

Yep. I carry a Zat and it is easier plus is a cool addition to your Stargate uniform as many other cosplayers from other genres have M9's but ONLY Stargate has the Zat. Plus after being in the Army for 23 years I don't fancy carrying around much equipment, especially on a crowded con floor when I am looking for goodies.

OH WELL:( My P-90 magazine is totally different from the ones above. It is solid black. I have the template printed in GOOD COLOR but NO JOY
