- Stock in 3D printing +  strap fastener + strap

Originally it is a Bell and Carson AR15 A1 stock. But it is no longer manufactured or available. Moreover, the original does not adapt to replicas.
It must have been designed from scratch!
Modeling (by wt808). On my request, custom-made, and licensed Thingiverse.
Printed in 17H00 on a MK3, then assembled, sanded and painted. All by myself, with the addition of a strap fastener.

- An adaptable strap with the harness of the P90 has been realized and installed by StarGeeke Sewing

- Double magazine WE open bolt gbbr (80 bbs) + simple magazine WE open bolt gbbr (30 bbs)

This replica is not 100% accurate to the TV series
A compromise had to be made between the materials, the choice of GBBr compatible parts and the functionality.
There is 1 year of work and research here (including lacrosse) to reach this result. Yes I took my time ^^

This replica is obviously completely functional! [AIRSOFT]
However at the moment when I write these lines, I have not yet had the opportunity to do a power test ...
I answer questions. And I remain open to comments.

Thank you :)

Very nice, great job. However, I'm not sure that the top of the stock should be so angled in appearance, most of the time stocks are very grounded for greater comfort.

We modeled the stock on photos and dimensions of the authentic stock. (thumbhole buttstock)

short version: A1 (high photo)
long version: A2 (low photo)

On the Carter version, there is a Stock Recoil Pad

But, I decided a not to put.

Maybe it's just the light but the top of your stock looks like it has a hard line and is more angular at the top than the real thing. But, as I said, it could definitely be a trick of the lighting.

I've been thinking of doing this myself, I even got a springer M4A1 to cut up, but I haven't had the time to start.

I agree, for me, Carter's is even more like a completely slick smooth stock butt. A friend of mine made one several years ago, not a print, only sculp, and he made it entirely slick.

Anyway, I saw this replica first hand by myself earlier this year, and I can assure you @mate did an awesome job in assembling this replica, and I would try it someday on the field if I get the chance 😉

Did you made a shorter strap to attach it to the P90 harness as Carter's doing on the picture you embedded up there?

Riceball and Dr. Rodnay thanks for your compliments :)

You're right about the dividing line along the stock. (I did not understand the first message)
Normally the stock has to be totally smooth.

However there was a problem to integrated the recoil tube buffer inside the stock.
Tube diameter too big. So obligation to grow the stock, at this place.

Photo of the strap
We made the strap as short as possible ...
But there is a difference.
Normally the strap and clip goes inside the harness ring, so hard to dismount ^^

not bad, but you've over engineered the strap a little bit.  They actually used the same design as on the p90s.  It's just a loop of webbing cinched down tight on the stock with a tri-glide and a buckle, the free end is held down with gaffer tape.  Instead of the sling swivel, a square ring is threaded onto the loop that attaches it to the harness.

@StitchsLoft sells them on his website, and has a video on how they're constructed, they're actually really easy to make.
